You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

You’ve completed less than 50% of the course, and

You haven’t received your Certificate of Achievement, Certificate of Participation, CEUs, or CEs (digital or physical)

Transfer to an equivalent virtual course (if available)

Automatically defer your tuition until the virtual course launches

Save your spot in a future in-person course

Or choose an 80% refund, with the remaining 20% held as credit for a future course

If we ever need to cancel a course, you’ll receive the same options – just as if you had canceled 7 or more days in advance. Fair and square.

Please plan smart! We strongly recommend booking refundable travel, lodging, additional supplies, or any other third-party costs. We love you, but we can’t refund third-party costs.

CEUs and certifications are only awarded upon full course completion

We cannot offer refunds or makeup sessions for missed class time due to personal emergencies, illness, or events beyond our control

We cannot offer refunds for any expenses students incur to undertake any course, including but not limited to travel, lodging, additional supplies, or any other third-party costs.
